USJC Social Media Policy
United Semiconductor Japan Co., Ltd. ("USJC" or "Company") has established the following social media accounts. The Company will comply with relevant laws and regulations and endeavor to disseminate information appropriately through social media in accordance with our vison and mission.
1. Summary
The Company has established the "USJC Social Media Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the operation of its official social media accounts (hereinafter referred to as the "USJC Account") and will operate USJC Account in compliance with the Policy. Please view and access the USJC Account only after consenting to and accepting the Policy. Please note that by viewing or accessing USJC Account, you hereby agree to be bound by the Policy.
2. Basic Principle
The purpose of USJC Account is to provide various information on the Company's corporate activities, events and highlights of its social contribution and employees, etc. to the general public interested in semiconductor enterprise like USJC.
3. Operation

Operation Period: The Company may delete the posts or any content of the USJC Account at any time as it deems fit, or may discontinue or terminate the USJC Account without prior notice.
- The Company will not reply to comments made to the USJC Account, or to any comments or inquiries made by users via direct message (DM).
- The Company reserves the right to revise or delete all or part of the information posted on the USJC Account without prior notice to users.

When viewing or using the USJC Account, please refrain from the following. In any of the following cases, the Company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, delete the user's postings or block the user's account.
- Acts that are or may be contrary to laws and regulations or public order and morality such as moral and ethical standards commonly or widely recognized and accepted by the general public.
- Acts that are libelous, defamatory or discriminatory, or that infringe on the rights, honor or credibility of third parties including specific individuals, companies or organizations.
- Acts that advertise or solicit members for political or electoral, religious activities, or network business.
- Acts that harm or infringe privacy of any individual, such as identifying, disclosing, or revealing personal information without the consent of the person in question.
- Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, trade secrets, privacy, or other rights and interests of the Company or any third party.
- Acts that provide information for the purpose of sales, advertising, promotion, solicitation, or any other profit-oriented activities.
- Acts that are discrimination or encourage discrimination based on race, ideology, creed, etc.
- Acts of “rumor marketing”, including but not limited to posting content that is false, untrue or merely rumor, or diffusion and amplification of unverified content.
- Acts of impersonating the Company or any other third party individual or entity.
- Acts that are obviously mischievous or prank, such as postings unrelated to the content of USJC Account.
- Acts that are considered as misconduct as defined or regulated by each social media networks.
- Acts that imply relationship with antisocial forces.
- Acts that contain criminal intent or induce criminal acts.
- Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate.
5. Disclaimer
- The Company is not liable nor bears any responsibilities for any postings made or shared by users.
- The inclusion of any external link or posting does not imply endorsement by the Company nor necessarily represent the views of the Company.
- Information on USJC Account is based on the information at the time of transmission and is subject to change.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information on USJC Account. Please refer to the press releases on its website for official announcements and views.

In addition, neither the Company nor its employees shall be held liable for the above measures or handling of USJC Account. - The Company shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or suspension of transmitting posts to USJC Account due to damages or interruption of computer or line, maintenance work, or other unavoidable circumstances.

All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, know-how, ideas, etc.) contained in information displayed or provided on the USJC Account shall belong to the Company or the right owner of such rights.
Viewing or using USJC Account does not grant users the right of license or right to use any intellectual property rights contained in the information provided through USJC Account, except with the specific consent of the Company or the rights owner.
By posting content to USJC Account, you hereby grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use (including but not limited to reproduce, perform, screen or display, publicly transmit, dictate, translate, adapt, etc.) all or part of such content without your prior consent or payment of compensation to you. You further agree not to exercise any copyright (including moral rights) against the Company.
